20 Weeks

We are halfway there!  We had two appointments this week, the anatomy ultrasound, and our 20 week appointment.  The ultrasound was fun, we got to see him move around and kick his legs.  Oh, and he is definitely still a boy, which we could not be more happy about!  He is measuring 4 days ahead, putting my due date at January 31st. She did say that since his head was so low (he was head down the whole time) it was hard to get a good measurement to know for sure. So I'll just say his due date is in between January 31st and February 4th, which was the original due date.  I think he'll come in January anyways... my mom had all her babies pretty early, and Kevin's due date was Feb 4 as well, and he was born on January 24.

We got a lot of pictures and a couple cute videos of him kicking his legs.  I also found out I have an anterior placenta, which means the placenta is in front of the baby.  Usually that means you don't feel them move until later on.  I've been feeling him since about 16 weeks, so he must be pretty strong.  I have almost no symptoms, besides the occasional headache and heartburn.  I'm feeling really comfortable, and love feeling him move around.  He moves around more often when I'm talking or having a conversation.  The other day I was leading a meeting at work and he kept kicking and it was so distracting! It's hard to focus when something is poking your belly from the inside and won't stop.
